SEAN EIGHMEY

College Baseball: Mansfield University (Division II)

Profession: Special Education Teacher

​Sean Eighmey grew up in Horseheads, NY, where he attended Horseheads High School.  He played for the Blue Raiders baseball program under Coach Keenan.  His Senior year, the Blue Raiders lost in the Finals of NYS Class A Championship.  Sean batted over .500, leading the team in hits, doubles, and runs scored.

Sean played Division II college baseball for the Mansfield University Mountaineers. He now works as a Special Education Teacher in Bath, NY. Since graduating from college he has coached at all levels in high school programs around the area. His most accomplished team was the Avoca Tigers Varsity Baseball Team in 2006 where they won the Class D State Championship.

For the past 8 years, he has dedicated his time to youth travel baseball and developing players talent. Sean started the NY Bandits Baseball Club, where players travel to top notch facilities and compete in tournaments.

​

Sean now coaches the Corning American Legion team and the East Coast Prospects Eliete team.  He provides individual and group training sessions to outside player looking to take their skills to another level.
