TRAINING PROGRAMS

Whether is the off-season or in-season, players looking to elevate their games...train and TRAIN HARD!  If your a player looking to take your skills to the next level, take a look at the options beloow.

Individual

Training

During individual training sessions, you will receive one-on-one personal attention working on the skills you need to take you to the next level. These training sessions can allow us to work any aspect of the game. We will work on proper techniques and drills for player development.

Saturday's

"The Barn"

Hit Club

The off-season is the time for playersto put in the extra work to take their game to the next level. Come in Saturday's at "The Barn" and get s many swings as you can in an hour.

​

Workouts will consist of:

- Dry Swings

- Wall Swings

- Tee Drills (Working on hitting to all fields)

- Soft-Toss

- Front-Toss

- Live Swings

Session II - (Dec. 6, 13, 20, & 27)

Session III - (Jan. 3, 10, 17, & 24)

Session IV - (Jan. 31, Feb. 7, 14, & 21)

Group

Training

During group training sessions, we can work on everything that we can in an individual session, but less on-on-one attention. These sessions are for groups of players that have certain skills and just need hat extra push to get them to the next level.
